1. We ship across India.
2. All shipments are fully insured, sent with a tracking number,
and will be shipped 3-7 days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1.Return may be made 7 days from the day of receiving the item, along with the tax invoice receipt.
2.Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong product.
3. Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with Unboxing proof. ( photo & video)
4.Return Process: contact us via email/whatsapp with order details.
5. Refund will be processed after product inspection.

- .Customer must provide original invoice/bill at the time of Exchange.
- Product must be genuine and purchased from silver crown.
- Exchange value will be calculated based on current silver market rate at the time of Exchange.
- Deduction of making charges/design charges make be applicable.
- Any applicable stone/additional material cost may be deducted.
- Customer can exchange old jewellery for new jewellery purchase and upgrade to higher value product.
